Maybe they didn't have the promotional model anymore?
actually the health icon in this version was made with completely different models from the n64 version, the n64 version used the heads from banjo and kazooie's models from the official renders and looked way better, the health icons here were made from modified versions of the in-game models for some reason
With the crisp icons in this game, you can REALLY see that they were MADE to be compressed for the N64, because they just look terrible here.
