No, but you can drop it into piskel and use the "fill all pixels of this color" bucket to get rid of the colored backgrounds.

I'm not gonna repeat myself yet again relating to Mario Maker stuff, I've already had enough people (including you!) badger me about there not being NSMBU Bowser or Bowser Jr. sprites (because NOBODY BELIEVES ME when I tell them they're models)...
