Not to sound rude or anything, but ripping takes a lot of time. I know since my rips of Sound Novel Tsukuru and the Wonderswan Dragon Ball game took days to rip and organize.

On another note, this game being ripped at such an overall fast pace is proof of RTB's dedication. I think some of you guys should be a little more thankful of him for dedicating so much of his free time for this. Just my honest two cents.

If RTB would read this:

1. Great job on the sprites, just curious do you plan to rip the models as well?

2. May I ask why some sprite sheets have like smaller versions of similar sprites (ex. Luigi) are they like unused or the ones actually used throughout the game, because the slightly bigger Luigi sprites seem to be way larger than Mario's sprites or the Dino Rhino's?

Yeah, although I would just use the peices for a custom pose. Not a full animation as that would be a pain in the ass. Props to RTB though, and I apologize for being quite a nuisance.

You guys should just learn to be patient. The rate at which these sprites are being ripped is already amazingly fast! Thank you to RTB for all the hard work!

As a side note: am I really the only one happy to see that the sprites are already asembled? Having the pieces is all nice and pretty, but if you wanna use the whole character, having to asemble each frame can be a pain in the ass.

The level of self-entitlement in some of these comments is surreal. As a non-ripper myself, my hat's off to those who are selflessly spending their free time doing all this work ripping for shameless sponges like me. Many thanks for all your efforts.

So what you're saying is, you want to illegally pirate the game so that you can rip the sprites, but you have no idea how to rip the sprites? Please just think for a second before you request something and think logically if it's: A) Legal, B) Of any use, or C) A pain in the ass for the person who is already doing the work you want done.

Come on.

What do you need to rip them? I thought you put the disk in your computer and you use a software to change the file extension or something.

The game is worth the $60, trust me. I would rip the sprites if I could, but from as far as my knowledge goes, I don't have the proper tools to do so.

So I literally have to spend $60 just to rip some sprites?

It is illegal to upload proprietary data files. Uploading that large a volume of data from a game's disc in its native format is basically accountable to medium scale piracy. We won't promote that kind of thing.

But please, if anyone has the files. Please upload them somewhere. It's not as hard as trying to cure cancer so please do it.

I don't know if this counts as a sad day for any Paper Mario fans who are expecting character rigs.

Because I think this is officially true:

Nintendo has finally given us a real hinder as they have merged their rigs and created outlines to prevent any rig ripping like in TTYD, SPM, or SS. :(

I just hope that whoever sees these sheets is an expert Paper Mario Rig maker and could provide custom Character Rigs for the Paper Mario Customs section: http://www.spriters-resource.com/custom_edited/papermariocustoms/

It wasn't a request for you to shut up, you don't get a choice. Larry, stop being a complete clown shoe and shut up. If you don't, we're going to literally have to look into programming in a new feature of the site to ban users from commenting. That's how much of a complete twat you're being.

I wasn't nearly as whiney as Larry, I just asked if he could consider uploading the files to a file hoster. If he doesent want to do it for some reason than thats fine.
