Just by the Codemasters logo alone means that this is the US version. It's missing the System 3 logo who were the original publishers of the game.

Note to rippers, try if you can to rip from other regions of the game. There have been many times in the past that someone had to re-rip because they just focused on one region (usually US but JP/EU has happened too). Fair enough if there are a lot of changes that would want its own sheet but many of these type of intros are just publishers/engines/copyright info/etc. In this case, probably just that one extra logo.
