Or more subtly, the old "Magician Lord" had some Lovecraftian enemies and bosses.

@Dolphman I think Lovecraft is plenty represented in games these days. Call of Cthulhu (I really don't like how they just called it that, with not subtitle whatsoever) is pretty recent and got quite some attention and just recently Stygian: Reign of the Old Ones came out. And those are just recent ones, that are straight up Cthulhu games, lots of other games have Lovecraft elements, whether as cameo or integrated in the plot, like Dusk.

Best of playing VB games with either Game Boy green or grey thanks to the emulator available that supports that. Still though. One of the most overlooked games on the system, that not even James Rolfe knew about when he did AVGN's review on the thing.
It's official name is House of Innsmouth/Insmouse No Yakata which is a loose adaptation of the HP Lovecraft story, Shadow Over Innsmouth. Seriously, Lovecraft's stuff is needed more in video games. (Bonus points for being public domain)
