Hey is it possible to rip sprites from Dance Dance Revolution Kids? I would be really greatful, and it will be a Stepmania miracle!!

Yeah that is weird. Most odd region is China since it adds an extra voice line only on that version of the console. Also I was able to look in the V.Smile BIOS and see that since the same BIOS rom is used on all versions of the console, with just a different setting for that region that those Chinese only part of the logo is in the rom.
As for the V.Smile Baby in it's BIOS I was able to find tons of sprites, way more than the ones used on the V.Smile Baby's BIOS.

It's weird how every region of the V.Smile uses a different voice clip during startup. (not sure about the Baby version but here's what I mean: https://youtu.be/HpLeKweVN9M )
