I have no idea, but many rips from this game are just bad and have multiple errors in animation order, colour palette and completion.

Complete re-rip, this sheet has now all frames, sfx and palettes.
And the creature from the black lagoon's name was Gill-Man. So yes, that needs changed.
I think these were called Gillman in the manual.
