Ripper here: The tiles are ripped as they are i.e. the game indeed uses two 16x16 tiles instead of six 8x8 tiles to display the body to save on total tiles onscreen.
The middle part of the vase's body is shown twice in the individual tiles section.
Really the vase without the flowers is a perfect 3x3 grid of 8x8 tiles.

You could still add it. Just because it's on the Roger sheet doesn't mean that it can't be on another one too.
I realised I missed the vase...
