There are actually three different maps which are partially functional depending on which entrance you use (Sodom, Danan). The inactive part has its NPCs and teleports disabled (same for the towns of Van & Danelf, which are also on one map).

Entering Sodom Castle: Danan Temple has static sky (this version).
Entering Danan Temple: Sky partially moves (afloat) or shows the ground (fallen).

I've added the ground version for Danan Temple now, which was previously missing.
