Erased Abyss of Thor, since it only appears in the future. And even if you raise it in the past and go outside, the world map you see is already the future one (but with teleports for the past version).
Normally you can't go further than Euclid on this one, but teleports for a lot of other places on the map still work. Even Thor can be triggered to appear by walking over a certain spot and then leaving. Although I had to recolour it, since the map changes slightly to a greenish palette when teleporting back.
