Sequel of a bootleg?
This means that Sonic 4 is actually Sonic 1 (on snes) as its title indicates and this is Sonic 2, now I wonder if they made a Sonic 3, as things are, they don't.
i wouldn’t call this a bootleg per-se — twin eagles group (the people who made this) was more of a hacking group than a bootlegging operation, and they were also pretty involved in the demoscene from what i recall.
you know, for a Sonic bootleg, this isn't that bad actually

The rest of the sprites are in Sparkster on here. This bootleg is a hack that replaces Sparkster with Sonic
