Added the corrected yellow palette (4th colour always changes, but it only affects Yoshi coin & curtain suspension). Also changed some tile placements and the ripper tag.
Deleted two tiles from the Sunken Ghost Ship BG, since they were duplicates. Also changed "Unused FG Tiles" to "Unused FG / BG Tiles".
Pretty sure the last room in the Sunken Ghost Ship actually uses the castle tileset for whatever reason.
