Apparently there's another exterior ground tile that's not on this sheet, as seen on the "Castle & Fortress Entrance (PAL, Revision 1)" sheet.

+ Added fifth frame for curtain suspension
+ The yellow palette now cycles through five colours instead of four, but only the curtain suspension and the Yoshi coin are affected

Use as you like, credit is not required. But if you really want to give credit, give it to Nintendo and the game itself, Super Mario World.

Added the corrected yellow palette (4th colour always changes, but it only affects Yoshi coin & curtain suspension). No matter if these two fg objects are on the screen or not, the palette cycle always continues.

Those pillar tiles are actually unused. Also those tiles related to the curtains have the same glowing animation cycle as the Dragon Coins, which is missing from here.
