Added unused ledge tiles.
Super Mario World uses a very limited amount of palettes for tiles and sprites. The palette for the wodden platforms on this sheet is also used by tiles in Bowser's castle and the Yoshi coins which are always animated. This means, the palette changes constantly in the background and it only becomes visible when a specific colour from the palette is used.

@Barack What suspension? Are you talking about the bridges?
Added the corrected yellow palette (4th colour always changes, but it only affects Yoshi coin & curtain suspension). Also changed the bg colour.
