Fixed his fishing rod, it's actually different from Fishin' Boo's.
One single pixel appears behind the cloud and moves diagonally upwards before vanishing. This animation loops as long as Mario keeps moving diagonally downwards.
The pixel for the trail of dust itself is actually part of the 16x16 cloud tile vanishing (frame 4, upper left 8x8 area).
Anyway, it's now on the sheet.

One more thing with the cloud, when Mario moves down in it there is a trail of dust.
