This map has no ceiling, torches or visible bricks and the wheel is a mode 7 element which is already on the Reznor sheet. The animated lava is on Morton's/Roy's assembled boss room.
I think it should have the ceiling, bricks, and torches from Ludwig's room, the animated lava, and also Reznor's wheel.
