FACT: It is possible to complete this level, not with the P-Balloon... but with the cape feather.
@Kryz70phoro A good opinion and can see why (tubes = pipes) but sadly NoA were not that clever. Tubular is late 1980s/early 1990s slang stereotypically of surfers/skateboarders and nearly all of the special stages are slang of that era, I'm surprised that there wasn't a Radical to go with it. Yeah and Mondo is world in Italian.

The joke is that the name of the level comes from the word "tubo" or "tubería" which means pipe in Spanish.
