Awesome! Thanks for updating the sheet! I checked in-game, and yeah, it does actually look like the sawblade animation runs in reverse for some reason. Weird.

Added the sleeping pose and checked the somersault/sawblade. The latter one is facing the right direction and the animation is correct too. The somersault is kinda glitchy, because the first frame is either just Plok's upside down head or his empty body. I left these out and while the rest of the animation is correct, I checked again and changed the frame which starts the loop. I also changed the notes entirely to make the palettes and the cycles more understandable.

Also, it looks like the sawblade animation is reversed? It looks like it should match the somersault animation, with the head going first and the whole thing turning clockwise. But instead, his body goes first, and it rotates anticlockwise.

Whoops, should have mentioned this earlier, but I just remembered:
1. Grandpappy's cycling palette is also used on the invincibility powerup gems that Rockyfellas drop
2. You're missing Plok's "sleeping" head as seen in the transition from Plok's House to Legacy Island, where he falls asleep at the foot of Grandpappy's statue

Sent out a revision with a changed note below the palette cycle.

I'm pretty sure Grandpappy's palette cycle *is* used, on the sawblade powerups on Legacy Island. See the "Items and Objects" sheet: https://www.spriters-resource.com/snes/plok/sheet/15151/

Added more palettes (Motorbike Plok, Grandpappy Plok) and an extra note for the unused animation cycle (Grandpappy Plok). Also relocated the ripper tag.

Full re-rip.

Canonically, Grandpappy Plok is black and white sepia tone colored like in the game.

@Davisdo2000 Well the map sprites are in their own sheet. What is missing is the parts for the motorbike and unicycle.
