Nope it was definitely in arcade. Checking the snes game, they just palette swap it and then add it on the second part of the fatality, which is not on this sheet.
Nah, this is back when she was just a palette swap. We knew she had scary teeth from the manual and character art, but she always covered her mouth til the 3D games.
is her ugly face not in the snes version?
