If it helps, he uses this suit some in 8-bit Deathmatch. It's not official, but it's something.
Curiously enough, Wily wears a similar suit in the brazilian comic "Novas Aventuras de Megaman", and this is a soccer game based on the '94 FIFA World Cup.
You can't bring reason into this! :P

A suit like that could allow him to match the strength and agility Mega Man, or any other robot master. Imagine if he used it in an actual battle rather than to play soccer with.
