Funny thing about this Junk Man, he loosely resembles Junk Man from the Incredible Crash Dummies.
This guy's a piece of cake. All you do is hit him with Cloud Man's ability, slide under him as he starts to jump. When he lands, hit him again, and repeat until he's defeated.
