He looks so ugly in this game
Remember wean link had pink hair? I sure did!
This is missing the actual shovel sprites that overlay on Link.
I'm pretty sure the pink ones are the digging animations for upward and downward.
Also, the unused ones where originally planned to be Link holding his sword diagonally, since diagonal movement was implemented, they also wanted Link to be able to slash his sword in that same direction, which didn't really work out.

Those falling animations are well placed lol, looks like Link is falling out of his bed.
