@Felp$$$ You can use this sheet if you want Titus, it was nearly complete a while ago with just a couple of fixes left to do but some really bad timing meant that it never got on the site.
I don't think Titus actually appears in the game which was why Magma MK-II wasn't able to get it. From playing the game and seeing a longplay video, don't recall seeing him. Do know that it's in the VRAM (much of the ROM is compressed apart from the Lamborghinis but the VRAM shows all the portraits).
