It is perhaps a mistranslated pun, since Joi (女医) means female doctor in Japanese.
The wiki refers to her as "School Nurse"

As someone who's watched Part 3 I can safely say this isn't her name. She's just a nameless character used by Kakyoin.
I'm sure this was just done as a joke, but unless I'm wrong here I don't believe her name is actually given anywhere.
