The tiles of this map have black in it and since the layers were also on a black background... well, it's not possible to erase the background colour without causing holes in the tiles.
Layer rip needs to be done ingame with bsnes-rawpalettes at one point, but it's better than the previous rip which had big chunks of the map cut off.
