one of the npcs here looks like teddy from earthbound beginnings
Newly updated! This includes all minor NPCs. I put some of the major ones on their own sheets. This also includes the Japanese nurse sprites (with the red cross on it).
Animal NPCs are on another sheet.
Let me know if the cultist palette is correct, as it's stored with a brown palette in the data and I recolored it with the maze room cultist since it's the only palette I have access to.

"Possessed" versions of NPCs like the Hippie are also missing. They get blue skin.

I'm not sure a separate sheet is necessary. One with a fixed palette and the Japanese stuff added would be great, though.

The hint mole, Abstract Art, Ranboob, Threed casket, Instant Revitalizing Machine, destroyed Sky Runner, and (I think) the Mani Mani Statue all have the wrong palettes.
I may try a redux of this sheet myself, and see if I can't get a separate sheet for the Japanese sprites.
