Giygas is one of those things that are so creepy, that it is cool. it's fun to creep yourself out sometimes, and Giygas is perfect for that.

@TheVengefulRevolvenant it makes sense because this is what he became between Mother 1 and this game. All thanks to unchecked hatred and trauma, building up more power than his body and mind could handle, that was capable of destroying the entire universe. He was already unfathomably powerful in the first game with attacks that were incomprehensible and all you could do was sing a lullaby used for him when he was a baby, to remind him of severe emotional trauma, so he'd stop trying to kill you all and leave Earth alone. He needed the enormous machine in the first part of his battle just to suppress his power, so he wouldn't destroy himself with it. Then Pokey thought it'd be neat to turn it off and cause his power to just run rampant, and ironically became the prophecy that caused Giygas to start destroying everything. lol
