They probably never would've thought to make one for Poo if the only battle he enters is during his Mu training. Since the point of that encounter wasn't to survive or not.

@Rainbow Question Mark, Yep. As MollyChan instated, yes. This is used during the initial Winters segment where Jeff hears Paula crying for help and goes there to save Ness and Paula.
I would assume the Jeff version exists if you were to get a game over in the initial Winters segment, when you're playing as Jeff alone before he joins Ness and Paula
