It's not on DKC1 either... It's on DKC3, but I don't know if they're identical renders.
@geometricentric it appears during the intro fanfare but is seems to not be ripped here.

Could we have the japanese version where it's written Super Donkey Kong 2?
Someone might know that the Game Over Screen is also used in the error and anti-piracy screens as well.
