Yet another level we all never saw past. Not to mention, do these turbo tunnels take place inside some giant monster stomach? It's never explicitly stated. But I do know that the cave pit level from the arcade game was originally supposed to take place inside a monster. Probably explains why the toads keep ending up in womb levels like these.
