Why is the Super Scourge breathing sprite using the underwater palette?
It's literally just the Sonic sprite. The game uses the same palette positions, because altering them drastically between characters isn't recommended
@Doc Plus no jacket and wrong shoes. Edit: Also his scars are missing.

Seems like they forgot one of the ending poses.
