@Danny It's more common than you think! Like the Aladdin bootleg that then became a Popeye bootleg.

i can't believe this Super Mario World is a bootleg of a bootleg game

I am hopeful and optimistic that someone will one day will get World 2-2 (which is actually World 1-2 from the Super NES rendition of SMB1 but with silver warp pipes).

Not sure if I accurately pieced it together, but there appears to be an unused Bowser frame in the ROM:

The only thing that's better than the original All Stars version is the graphics, some of the music, and the intro animation. (The coin one, as it's spinning. Pretty neat touch. Also Mario's voice so yeah.)
