@JonGandee It did and uses more or less the same hardware too. There were a few Genesis based arcade systems around such as the System C2 (what Columns, Puyo Puyo 1 and 2 arcade use), Mega Play, Mega Tech, this one is the same as Top Shooter.
It has more recently been found compared to the MD version. There are some differences between the two versions though.

The designs for the characters on this bootleg are cute, but too bad the game's sound engine is from a licensed Sega game that is pure ass
