How does he lift up water with the propeller?
Why does the icon show Eggman's dome having a shine, but not the sheet itself?

It's weirder in that this behaviour never happened in the prototype.
It's rather weird how this Eggman boss gives the character palette a solid black.
Whereas the rest of the game uses a lighter shade for it. (Badniks use a greenish one)

What's strange is that this specific boss makes the normal black color of the palette for the player, monitors, and other objects using that same palette makes it the same black like in Sonic 1 & 2.
Wow, Sonic the Comic gave this an absurdly long name.
