Not going to lie, Angel Island Zone's background was daunting, but once the palette was gotten, it was all about seeing what parts of it affected the background, and the rest was smooth sailing.

In this case however, it was split from a combined sheet where it was misunderstood from viewing a disassembly of it, so it was a mix of pre-done work and separating the final/development items.
