The areas next to the colour black in this sheet are blurry for some reason (especially in the background layer elements), please fix this.
@lancey My point is that there's no real reason to be anywhere near the pit in the first place, it's down this weird out-of-the-way path XD
I know these comments are from 3 months ago, but since you need to pull a switch in order to get the bridge to go over the pit (note: you have to jump onto the switch) people might be running too fast so they forget to jump to activate the bridge and go into the pit
The problem is that it's in such an out-of-the-way part of the stage...
to be fair if you are speeding through the stage you might end up running into the pit which is why some fans hate it
I feel like it should be Super Sonic in that image rather than Normal Sonic, it'd make more sense

I had to actually go out of my way to find the pit, how do you even end up in the area by accident? It's just so out-of-the-way....
The Sonic 2 IOS fix was heaven...

I really love how the icon for this zone is the infamous inescapable spike trap in the original Sonic 2 release! :D
