Is it known if the big ring frames are pre-rendered? I would assume not, as it only has 4 frames.
I know this won't be updated, but the Robotnik monitor thing is seen in Debug Mode in some specific areas while going through the object list. IIRC, areas where you can't place Sonic in which zip him off if you do

@funny words magic man Those spinning sprites look more like a mixture of the Sonic and Eggman images to simulate fast spinning, which is probably why there is so much dithering on top of it, most likely to hide it. I'm not sure, I'm not a smart person.
Where's the other sonic goal post sprites? Why are the only spinning ones robotnik?

I know which one you're asking about and it's not a thing in-game, thus not happening. It's not hard though to stitch it together for yourself.

1. You're looking at them. If there's two headings before sprites, it means the palette is shared.

Two things I have to criticize about the new sheet.
1. Where's the normal, non-underwater spikes?
2. Might want to update the thumbnail to remove the animals since they aren't in the sheet anymore.

where are the bubbles? I looked in both S1 and S2 and cannot find them

@AwesomeRocks9080 Because it's easier to make a non-transparent sheet transparent than make a transparent sheet non-transparent.
