i've been looking on sonic retro for hours and i can't find any actual tiles, i just get sent in a loop between segaretro defining what a tile is and sonicretro defining what green hill is

@Musil_Maybe same. I kinda just took a bunch of the sprites, got rid of the background, and played with the puzzle peices using the other sprite rip for the map as a refrence

@Musil I'm thinking this "section" approach is how tiling works for the Genny (at least for platformers)...don't quote me on that though.
