The area above the first boss fight has a larger island for the teleporter and the pillar thing is attached to the island instead of a little piece of land bridging them, and the area (lower right here) where the animals come pouring out of the pillar has two slope chunks that don't really mesh together.
Wait how is this unused? O.o
