@Shadowman44 And then it was revealed the zone was actually called Cyber City Zone and Metropolis Zone Act 3 took it's place. And it's said the tileset was later used in Sonic Spinball's Machine level and a scrapped game the same team were working on.
These guys were reused in that ancient "Sonic 2 Extended" as enemies in that "Genocide City Zone", still don't understand the concept of that.
