How long did it take you to realize the charge up sprite is revealing his one eye?

Iron Sonic

Oh poo

Could someone use this to make an extra slot mod for sonic 3 air

this is a time capsule for the fact that mecha's ball form is like a armadillo.

Is it ok if i add the yellow flames for mecha sonic?

It's so funny that in the real game Mecha Sonic is pretty underwhelming when fan works made him look more menacing than any of Eggman's machines.

The plot of S3K would have made more sense if it was Mecha Sonic and not Eggrobo pursuing Knuckles. Then the stories could have happened at the same time. Knuckles fighting off the "evil Sonic" while Eggman took on the real Sonic and plotted to steal the Master Emerald. Knuckles's final boss would have felt way more epic too.

Thank you though, I'll put the noted items on the list for next weekend. It shouldn't take too long to fix, but last thing I want to do after working 9 to 5 on a computer is more work on the computer in the evening and it's pretty much the end of the weekend here. Gotta relax somehow.

My apologies. I guess while Sonic 3 Unlocked can be a good resource, its lack of epilepsy warnings are another.
I was inspired by Silverlight's recent comment on the LRZ Act 2 Map 1/3 sheet, and I admit I went a little overboard…

Yowch, my eyes didn't like that too much. Thanks Ton!

NES PLEASE UNDERCLOCK THE FLASH

(I deleted the gif because of the rapid flashing -Ton)
This is what the hit flash palette was intended to look like.
To restore it in-game, use the Pro Action Replay code "07D344:000A".
And, for good measure, here are the fixes for the throwback bosses' hit flashes as well:
•07A5D2:0006 (Sonic 1 throwback)
•07AD26:0006 (Sonic 2 throwback)

I noted it in November. Just haven't gotten around to it.

Just found out that there's a bug with the Egg Wrecker's palette. The chain is set to palette 01, which make it look off. It should have palette 00, which is the same as the Eggpod. This is something that was pointed out on TCRF's page: https://tcrf.net/Sonic_%26_Knuckles#Palette_Oddities

I AM THE MIGHTIEST!!!!

I'LL CRUSH YOU!!!

@EXEcutor - Because there wasn't any point to do so; though enemy palettes and ring palettes utilise the same line, it is incorrect to say that, except for a rare few crossovers, that the enemy utilises all of the ring palette, normally it's the bright yellow, sometimes it's the lower two shades, rarely are all three integrated. This is a case where only the bright color is used.

@The Observer: I could understand the actual colors on here not being raw, but I'm curious as to why you didn't just include the full palette line for the actual boss and such.

@Daeasygamer yeah, this game was the introduction of throwback bosses in the series.
The second boss fight is based on Metropolis Zone's boss, complete with balloon dummies.
