For some reason I read ungrounded rotation as meaningful rotation

@JetTheFox96, You CAN, but the sprites are mostly invisible, except on some occasions

tails DOES have miles sprite in the hud

@DogToon64 You can if you do some savestatey stuff, he's just gonna be invisible for most of the sprites that aren't S3&K exclusive.

@JetTheFox96 No, Tails is only playable in Sonic 3, and Sonic 3 & Knuckles, not Sonic & Knuckles by itself.

It does need to be updated though. It doesn't use raw colors and I don't think some of the sprites are accurate or necessary. I have a newer one that also includes the leftover Sonic 2 Tails sprite with other bonus edits.

I'm just going to leave him, since he's available in lock-on mode, and bump him to Miscellaneous.

I think the sprites actually seen in normal gameplay should be here, maybe even the leftover/scrapped ones, like the Transforming sprite.

Do we delete Tails because he technically isn't in this game?

It's loaded in the Sonic & Knuckles rom, most likely, but possibly wasn't finished for S3A.
