We did Get Megaman the Wily Wars out side of the sega channel officially on the Sega Genesis Mini!
Yeah, pretty much. Occasionally they'd put on games not available to that region, including MegaMan: The Wily Wars.
The reason people in the West can't play Megaman: The Wily Wars and a few other games without emulation or import anymore.
I think it basically connected the Genesis to the internet, and games could be gotten like that? I could be wrong.
