that is bizarre, I thought every stage had the same graphic as "stage 1" here.
On top of that, it is also missing the Japanese Stage titles where a band plays instead of Sparkster.
These should really be re-ripped properly instead of what looks like someone got/took 6 screenshots of the game and put it as a sheet.

It's also missing Stage 7.
Missing not just the stars, but the blue orbs around the border were glowing too.

I don't think these were really ripped, the Stage Titles had stars that are animated, which means it has its own sprites including the banner decorations and Sparkster's poses.
