im very proud of my country

@Rainbow Question Mark: It's not a game. It's a Venezuela vehicle license plate generator.
The programmer who was the same one as the Crazy Bus did this in BASIC for a bit of fun even if it is useless for people outside of Venezuela.

Please explain this game

@Dan-H-B
Any link to the original sheet for what it would be like if this game used all the sprites?

@Random Talking Bush: Nah, it's fine. I just find it amusing is all. Besides, I'm 31 now (So old LOL), so I don't mind at all. Although I kinda regret not finishing that updated sheet all those years ago; it would have been more show-accurate and much bigger.

@Dan-H-B & @Random Talking Bush: The intro screen of this apparently credits your thing. I can't speak Spanish very well, but I assume judging by the link it provides the dev. actually gave credit.

Also, this was by the same maniac who did CrazyBus... which explains a lot.

@Dan-H-B: So, would this technically be breaking the rules as a "rip"? If you feel it should be taken down, then we can do so.

@Filler: Technically, it is a custom sprite. They're from an old scratch sheet I did back in high-school. I'm surprised to see it in a bootleg game. Weird...

I thought this was a custom sprite until it said bootleg.
Surprised how on-model and such this looks, unless it was stolen.

Where do I get the dump of this game?

@Deathbringer: Most likely pirated. MLaaTR came out 2003. And that's long passed the Genesis's life cycle.

It's a pirated (well, I assume it is) game, those tend to have random characters just cause.

Wait... Am I missing something here? What does MLaaTR have to do with this? Sorry if this is a stupid question.

You know, this game was made in Venezuela, and the spanish dub for the show was also made in that country.
