@Deathbringer What about the time Bugs gives him a manicure, or the Duck Dodgers sequel that gave him the name that stuck?
The only time I remember seeing his arms is probably the same short that pic is from. It's at the end when he breaks the fourth wall to see the audience and runs away waving his arms scared.

@Ton I think his arms are hidden within the fur, since that's how he's introduced in the original cartoon he first appeared in.
Why are some of his sprites missing arms?
