@esponjaresource Crackers (actually taken from Shinobi III) does not at all use the same cycle, instead, a white color flashes by the logo with no other cycle.

@Ton but the sonic games does not use the same screen, although the s1 prototype/sonic crackers did.

Hmm... A bit the fence regarding this because technically it is not part of the BIOS (apart from the Mega CD ones) however many games do use the same or a similar logo. Must be part of the dev tools. Like Castle of Illusion and Streets of Rage use the same Sega logo but its a different Sega logo compared to some of the others. It's a bit like the EA logo being almost the same in their earlier games, not part of the BIOS but featured in so many of their games.

If it is a logo that is used in many games e.g. this one (that itself has various variations such as 1988,1989, US, TM/R/none), Sonic, Castle of Illusion/Streets of Rage, Core Design/Virgin/World Championship Soccer 2 (those are similar),etc it should be in a section somewhere. If a game uses a unique logo (e.g. G-LOC, Comix Zone), then it should be just in that game.

There's some instances where the logo is animated differently- either it's at a different speed or size, the shines in the logo go in a different direction or are a different shade of blue, or it uses a completely different animation altogether.
Though most games do use the same logo.

I feel like this is the same logo as at the start of every game. Should I put it in the System BIOS section?
