@LammyfromUJL When a disc boots up and either by pressing the Start button, waiting a bit or the X-Eye BIOS by selecting Game on the CD Player, Sonic appears with the Sega logo and copyright info before the game itself boots up.

Technically Sonic, the text with the stars and the first Sega logo shouldn't belong here but rather its own sheet. That's because this pops up on the non-Japanese Sega/Mega CD BIOSes as well as the X-Eye BIOS, the JP BIOSes and the Wondermega have a different copyright notice without Sonic and a different Sega jingle. I don't know about the LaserActive BIOS.

This BIOS looks so mesmerizing. I hope they make a SEGA CD mini and use this as the menu screen!

No. (Not before the Continue Screen dump, I didn't. This was done before that.) Know what? I'm changing this. What kind of nut am I...?

So uh, have you ever considered using a tile viewer on VRAM dumps and tweaking the palette to have a different color on index 0 that isn't, you know, black?
