@Depressed Mario Canvas was supposed to take over the job of saving the game at safehouses after Java is forced to leave for...plot reasons...In the final game his role was scrapped and when Java leaves his post he leave a statue with a note behind, allowing Willy to save by himself. In addition to his sprites, Canvas' voice clips are still in the game.
why is he unused?
Oh, I'm loving this character. I wonder what they were planned to be like in context.
