Change models in the link of any Mii Channel model, (except for the body, that brings up mixels sprites) and you get some of Enemy 02's costumes.

Insane as it is in concept, I do have to admire the commitment to making dozens of fully animated outfits for dozens of characters, each of which uses different posing. I have to respect when a developer knows what they're making and doesn't try to hide it... even when its... cosplay fetish comedy jazz fusion RPG... thing.
Ok I still don't know what exactly this is supposed to be, but clearly the developers knew what they were trying to make.
And the art is actually nice. Credit for that too.

I wish characters portraits were also added for PSP version (Motto Nuga-Cel!).
Only battle sprites was added over there.

For new bosses who wasn't in the original PS2 Nuga-Cel!

I always thought Nuga-Cel! was some kind of japanese party game... now I see it... isn't... I'm not sure what it is though... tactical RPG like SRW maybe? Judge all you want but I have to look this up now just to see.... what even is this.

ghhff i thought the blue girl looked a bit like Miku at first (hurr), but the fact that the mugshots are clearly KEI's style makes everything funnier
